Fitness Friday: Big Picture
After hearing the announcement for 17.5, I went through a wave of emotions. This ankle sprain has been hard, but I would take an ankle sprain over any back injury. When I saw that the workout comprised of 90 thrusters and 350 double unders, I had a number of thoughts. Do I try the workout on Saturday? Do I try it at all? I could hardly walk on Monday and the swelling in my ankle has only recently started to come down.
